Children never see a purchase
There is nothing to buy in the child app: no purchases, no payment screens, no advertising. Points, levels and collectables are always free, and a subscription never changes what a child has earned.
How billing works
- Prices are in euros. Tax is added at checkout where it applies.
- A subscription renews automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel in one click from Settings → Plan.
- Cancelling keeps Plus until the end of the period you already paid for.
- If you go back to the free plan, nothing is deleted — extra child profiles simply become read-only until Plus is active again.
- Orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles payment, tax, invoices and billing support.
