Removing it again
Android: press and hold the BrightPoints icon, then choose Uninstall or Remove. Your family data stays safe in your account.
iPhone & iPad: press and hold the icon, tap “Remove App”, then “Delete from Home Screen”.
If something doesn't work
There's no install option in the menu
Make sure you're on brightpoints.app (not a preview or in-app browser), reload the page once, and check that you're using Chrome, Edge, Samsung Internet or Safari.
The button here does nothing on my iPhone
iPhone has no one-tap install. Use the Share button in Safari and choose “Add to Home Screen”.
The installed app looks out of date
Close it fully and open it again — it refreshes itself. If it still looks old, remove the icon and install it once more.
I don't get approval notifications
Open BrightPoints from the home-screen icon, go to Settings and turn notifications on, then allow them when your phone asks.
