BrightPoints is used by children, so we have written this separately and in plain language. It explains exactly what we collect about a child, how a parent controls it, and how to review or delete it. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers everything else.

09Europe: GDPR Article 8

Under the GDPR, children below the digital age of consent cannot consent to online services themselves — consent must be given or authorised by the holder of parental responsibility. That age is 13 in Latvia, and between 13 and 16 across other EU member states.
